Make your chopping and slicing tasks easier and safer with this Tri-Stone sharpener from Wusthof.  It has coarse, medium, and fine stones to take your knife from dull to razor sharp. Stones will need to be soaked in water for a few minutes prior to use. This sharpener works best when placed on a towel to prevent slippage. The set also includes a  small water bottle to help keep the stone wet while sharpening. When sharpening, hold your knife at a 10 – 15 degree angle to the stone.
