The traditional Chinese vegetable knife has a fine, sharp edge and is highly efficient for most fruit, vegetable and boneless protein prep. The blade is made from the same high carbon stainless steel as all premium Wusthof knives, except it is stamped instead of forged. The edge is laser-cut for consistent, razor sharp performance and a full-tang provides long-lasting durability and perfect balance for controlled use. The seamless, non-slip Santoprene handle is very comfortable for all-day use and has a large finger guard integrated on the heel-side of the blade.
